Accenture Belgium & Luxembourg are currently looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach. As expert in the domain within the Technology group (Financial Services or Software Engineering), you work within an Accenture project team at top Belgian and multinational companies.
Your Job
You will assess, shape and deliver enterprise wide solutions that help clients to launch products faster in the market, reduce complexity and costs, leverage modern solutions and tools, in the cloud and in their premises. You’ll play a critical role in helping them tackle complex business issues. You will be working jointly with strategists and technology experts from our local and global community.
You take over Scrum Framework, delivery and team responsibility in various transformation projects in banks and financial institutions. Within our TechFS family & on clients' site , you will promote the Scrum Framework (stand up, sprint, planning, retro...) & finetune the implementation depending on projects.
You will be responsible for shaping & guiding the full lifecycle of an enterprise solution including:
Arrange and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
Support the product owner with respect to backlog grooming and maintain product backlog
Be responsible for conducting Retrospectives
Be able to track and remove impediments
Coach and mentor the team to facilitate agile adoption and maturity
Be leading and influencing others including those more senior on best practices
Be able to shield teams from outside distractions and interferences
Qualifications
You are a certified Scrum Master
You already ideally have experience (3 to 6 years) in a large consultancy environment or in Financial / Banking / Insurance sector.
You are fluent in English & have a professional level in French or German or Dutch
You are used to coach Agile / Scrum framework
Affinity with IT, ideally knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, SQL, mainframe...)
You have good understanding of Scaled Agile methodologies (SAFe, Spotify, etc) and the traditional (Waterfall) project delivery lifecycle and pitfalls
You are familiar with project management with exposure to management, directors & C-Level
You are a team player with strong analytical skills
You are result oriented
You have a commercial spirit
