The Belgian Utility market is now surfing on the NEW wave with the emergence of smart meter, smart grid, and other cloud technologies. Accenture have a growing portfolio of utility clients that are willing to be part of that change.

Accenture SAP practice grow rapidly whether it was on so-called classic projects or on innovative ones. SAP S/4 HANA is one of our main area of expertise, but we are also growing on emerging market demand such as Smart Meter, Smart Grid & GIS integration, SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
The NEW is definitely part of our DNA and we have to face more and more customer request to help them build their Roadmap into the NEW and to support them in their realization.
To do so we are currently looking for talented SAP for Utilities Consultants and Manager, willing to challenge their skills in this context and to join Accenture in this exciting digital adventure!
Your job
As an Accenture SAP for Utilities expert,
You will be a key actor in projects by actively engaging with the business and translating their needs to create maximum value in the end product. You will be working with the latest technologies available in the industry like S/4HANA.
You will help clients by implementing SAP solutions, while involved in challenging projects. By methodically engaging with the business in an interactive way, you get a better understanding of their processes and (re)design and improve them.
You will be monitoring and delivering project deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, preparing and leading workshops, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the go-live.
With your SAP knowledge and skills, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and collaborate with clients' technology resources in the technical deployment of SAP Industry Solution (IS-U), Plant Maintenance, Customer Service, Project Systems, to include an emphasis on knowledge transfer so the client can become self-sufficient.
You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues.
You know how to process feedback but you can also coordinate or manage a team and know how to maximize efficiency.
Besides projects related activities you will also be involved in more strategic plans within Accenture and are able to drive for new initiatives and innovation topics.
Additional tasks for Managers:
Support pre-sales activities and shape new deals such as: Answer to RFP; Estimation of effort using Accenture estimating methods; Define target solution and architecture; Support orals presentations; Build and present demos
Conduct studies such as S/4 roadmap, integration analysis, selection of tools
Deliver project and be accountable for overall delivery (including planning, resources management and financials follow up)
You will be able to infuse the recent industry trends and work with the latest technologies available in the industry like S/4HANA.
Support our SAP for Utilities practice by sharing your experience and maintain the connect with local and global Accenture network (Industry and SAP Community of Practice).

Qualifications
Master’s degree from a leading university or business school or equal by experience
As of 3 years of experience as consultant in SAP for Utilities in modules such as ISU (IDE, CCS, Billing & Invoicing), FI-CA, PM, CS, PS…
Language : French and English are a must – Dutch is a plus
Knowledge in Belgian Utilities rules (MIG6, MIG DGO) and ecosystem, preferred
Knowledge of SAP Workflows and BPEM is a plus
Proven ability to deliver good quality within tight schedule
Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment (different type of profile, Nearshore/Offshore)
Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written), able to support workshops
Location preference: Brussels or South area of Belgium
