As HR generalist, you will be part of the HR Team in BeLux. You will operate as the HR key point of contact and will be responsible for:

·         The support of the employees in the different life cycle” processes such as onboarding, illness, leaves, performance and associated compensation activities, transfers and departures Coaching employees and line managers in people-matters

·         Coaching and advising employees and managers in career planning and development

·         Finally, you will monitor the career progression of the employees by being actively involved in their career development and talent development

·         Driving engagement initiatives and programs such as inclusion and diversity programs to support employee satisfaction and improve morale and retention

·         The staffing assignments of a pool of resources/employees (including managing the roll on, roll offs and pro-actively discuss coming opportunities with the employee)

Overall, when operating the above, you ensure that you:


   Create an inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect

·         Enable the business through change journeys and new HR processes

·         Consider existing applicable policies and procedures

·         Operate through short and long term agendas depending on topics

·         Treat your work with high confidentiality

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:


   Human Resources Degree or Business Management related discipline

·         Min 2 years - Max 5 years HR Generalist work experience

·         Deep human resources service delivery experience

·         Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

·         Strong coaching and partnering capability combined with a demonstrated ability to influence

·         Experience in building successful and productive working relationships

·         Fluent in Dutch, French & English

·         Dynamic and flexible

·         Excellent MS office knowledge (especially Excel and Power Point)
