We are looking for an Oracle Applications Supply Chain Management Consultant (m/f), with experience in deploying any of the following Oracle Modules: Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Bill of material and/or Cost Management. You will be working closely with client and project staff to design, develop and deploy Oracle SCM solutions, either in a stand-alone project or as part of a larger program. Throughout all phases of the project, you will ensure a suitable balance between business needs and delivery feasibility. Along your career as Oracle Applications consultant, challenging opportunities and responsibilities will be given to manage and lead teams, to participate in presales and sales activities, and to serve as Oracle applications subject matter expert within the Accenture organization, serving global and local customers across all industries.
Depending on the program, you will be involved in the following activities:
•Execute planning activities for Oracle projects: definition of scope, effort and timeline in your area of expertise;
•Undertake assessments and define the solution blueprint for various scenarios: implementation, upgrade, integration and outsourcing of Oracle Applications;
•Design and deliver Oracle solutions and ensure these solutions are embedded into the client organization;
•Capture and document functional requirements via interviews or workshops;
•Capture and document functional specifications for RICEW objects;
•Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up progress;
•Lead and coach a team;
•Manage and deliver conference room pilots;
•Organize, execute and supervise integration and user acceptance tests;
•Provide production support and full solution handover to the client or delivery/application maintenance centers;
•University degree in Engineering, Commercial Engineer in Management Informatics, Economical sciences, Information Technology, or a business-related university degree with a strong IT affinity;
•Between 2 and 5 years Oracle e-Business Suite Modules and business process (transformation) experience in the domain of Supply Chain Management;
•End to end experience in the configuration of one or multiple Oracle SCM Application modules;
•Experience in working with offshore (India)
•Experience in the whole lifecycle of an Oracle project, preferably in a multi-org / multi-site context;
•Experience with upgrades and/or re-implementations is a plus;
•Experience with implementation and project management methodologies;
•Experience with testing and conversion tools are a plus;
•Functional or technical knowledge of Fusion Architecture and Tools is a plus;
•Experience in integration of Oracle solutions with other platforms;
•Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting tools and data warehousing is a plus;
•Strong analytical skills;
•Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
•Verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and French;
•Willingness to travel.
