People Mobility Specialist


Mission: management of all legal and social topics related to Accenture personnel on assignment abroad: Belgian/Luxembourg employees abroad or foreigners in Belgium/Luxembourg, as well as international transfers to/from Belgium/Luxembourg. 


Job Description

  

Management of files & procedures, which implies applying internal processes from A to Z in all areas of people mobility: contact with employees, the delivery centre in Buenos Aires, other departments of Accenture Belgium/Luxembourg (Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Payroll, other support teams), project teams, legal providers & advisers and Belgian/Luxembourg administrations.

Contacts with other people mobility members in Gallia via calls, emails to share knowledge and experience.


•Immigration 


Analysis of the employee status regarding the immigration law depending on his/her citizenship and the type of activity performed during the assignment. 

Reviewing and approving business invitation letters to Belgium and Luxembourg. 

Contact with Belgian/Luxembourg immigration providers.

Follow up on original documents required for work permits in Luxembourg. 


•Social Security


Analyse the bi-weekly social tax report drafted by the delivery centre team in Buenos Aires. Apply for the corresponding A1 documents for Belgian and Luxembourg employees.

Downloading the approved Belgian A1 documents from the E-box and send them through to the delivery team in Buenos Aires. Scanning the original Luxembourg A1’s to the team in Buenos Aires.


Review Limosa report and apply for Limosa documents required for inpats on the social security website in Belgium.

 

•Budget/Tax provisions: 


Assistance to BeLux People Mobility Lead to evaluate the total costs of an assignee’s mobility for project leads and financial controllers.


•Accenture Policies:


Ability to understand, explain and apply People mobility policies and implications. To achieve that, maintain close relationship with HR, People mobility (ET&I), legal and business teams. 


•Database:


Daily use and update of various databases to manage mobility & people’s files. 


•Collaboration with Buenos Aires service centre


Assistance to the Buenos Aires team in their analysis; update of manuals used by the team, regular participation to their training sessions.

Daily coordination with them to ensure file management. 

Attending bi-weekly calls 

Requested skills


•Education: Administrative, international relations/mobility, financial or HR education allowing to grasp the overall aspects of people mobility (immigration and social security compliance, employment law, cost implication, processes, etc.).


•Languages: Fluent Dutch and/or French imperative and English a must


•Experience: 4 to 5 years work experience with 2 to 3 years in people mobility matters. 


•Personal skills: organisation skill and service-oriented, available, dynamic, capacity to explain and convince, team player, interest in mobility. Eager to learn and develop skills. Thoroughness, understanding of prioritization. Ability to analyse complex situations and recommend solutions.


Computer skills: mastering Microsoft Office Suite (power point, word, excel)
