“Despite the ‘hugeness’ of the company, it was very easy to talk to people when you are facing issues in your work. Moreover, even as an intern I felt part of the Accenture family. Even though I was an intern I still had a project that I could manage as I want.”
Armelle - Accenture Intern Belgium 2017
“I really enjoyed the fact that everyone is so approachable and treated me – an intern- as a real fellow colleague, being invited to side activities, such as community meetings, events and workshops. During my internship I also had the chance to participate in an annual internal Innovation Challenge where everyone within Accenture is being stimulated to come up with innovative ideas and receive coaching along the way to think and act as a startup. They immediately took me in their team and gave me the opportunity to come up with ideas and have my say.”
Paul – Accenture Intern Belgium 2017
“For me, an internship is about gaining as much experience as possible, developing numerous skills and making connections. Doing it abroad makes it even more than a mere work experience. By leaving the comfort zone of home, I wanted to immerse myself in another culture and plus the boundaries of what I am capable of, which I did.”
Ans - Accenture Intern Mauritius 2017
“I can honestly say that in the 3 months I’ve been working at Accenture I’ve learned more than 3 months at school. Not only have I learned more about technology, but also social aspects of working in a team, living with a roommate on our own in a foreign country, being independent.”
Daan - Accenture Intern Riga 2017
“At Accenture you’re pushed to get out of your comfort zone and encouraged to take on another challenge. This makes the work much more interesting, thrilling and enriching.”
Ines - Accenture Intern Belgium 2017
“What impressed me the most about Accenture is the amount of different experts in the company. Accenture is always capable to pull someone in the room with the expertise needed to create the best possible result”
Adriaan, Accenture intern Belgium 2017
