As an Accenture intern, you spend 12 to 15 weeks pushing your knowledge of business processes and technology in new directions and sharpening your market relevant skills while being coached by experienced colleagues. You learn how to work with innovative tools, methodologies and technologies, how to manage a project, interact with clients, apply Accenture design thinking and co-creation techniques to complex problems... Your new Accenture friends will be happy to help you develop your networking and soft skills as well. This experience will differentiate you before graduating. Q1: What can I expect from an Accenture internship?
A: As an Accenture Intern, you spend 12 to 15 weeks working on a real client case in a dynamic, multilingual and international business environment. You work alongside our experts in domains like Financial Services, Products and Resources or discover how SAP, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Robotics, Salesforce, Workday and other technologies are used at Accenture to have an impact on business and society. All of this happens in our offices in Belgium, at our clients’ premises or in one of our Delivery Centers in Riga (Latvia), Bratislava (Slovakia), Prague (Czech Republic), Mauritius and India.

Curiosity and being open to new ideas are key!
Q3: Am I eligible for an Accenture internship?
We accept all final year Bachelors & Masters students who are graduating in 2020 and who can commit to an internship of at least 12 weeks. Your internship needs to be part of your curriculum and we expect you to have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch/French. Proficiency in the second language (French/Dutch) is an important asset.
Q4: What does the application process look like?
A: After we receive your application, we’ll first contact you to ensure the standard internship criteria are met. If they are, you’ll be invited to take our online assessment and then you’ll be invited to our office to present yourself, so we can find out whether there’s a match. Once your internship is confirmed, we look forward to getting you started. By organizing several touchpoints before you start, we’ll ensure you feel at home as of Day 1! We strongly advise you to keep your professor(s) informed of your application, so they can support you in the best way.
Q5: When can I do my Accenture internship?
A: Accenture internships mostly take place during the second semester of your academic year. However, if you’d like to do an internship outside of this period, feel free to contact us and we’ll check whether we can offer you an interesting project along with the appropriate coaching!
