In today's Technology industry, 82% of workers are men. Only 8% of ICT students are women.
At Accenture, only 29,2% of our Technology group are women despite the fact that we are committed to having a diverse workforce. We are determined to address this situation and achieve a gender-balanced Technology workforce at Accenture by 2025. Which is why we have launched the Tech Academy. We believe that diversity drives innovation and performance is about being yourself in a truly human working environment.
If you are a woman who wants to build a new career in the Technology consulting world, this program is for you.
Tech Academy is...
A new opportunity to reorient your career to consultancy and technology. Accenture offers you a one-month training program with an easy-to-follow introduction to the world of technology consulting. This will allow you to start as from day one as an Accenture consultant with a permanent contract!
The focus is on both personal development and gaining the appropriate knowledge you will need in your job. You will also learn everything there is to know about Accenture and Accenture Technology.

Deadline for applications is December 6, 2019.
A selection round will take place in December. You will receive more information from your recruiter. The starting date of the academy (and contract) is February 3, 2020.
Tech Academy will be hosted in our new, state-of-the-art Belgian office at Gare Maritime, Rue Picard/Picardstraat 11 boîte/bus 100, 1000 Brussels
Accenture N.V./S.A. has implemented a positive action plan in execution of article 9 of the Belgian Royal Decree of 11 February 2019 on the determination of the conditions for positive actions. All actions within the framework of the Tech Academy are taken as part of this plan.
