Terrianne Lord is the Salesforce Practice lead for Accenture Federal Services, responsible for managing the delivery of Salesforce CRM engagements to Fortune 100 and other major clients.
A seasoned and innovative executive with more than 20 years of experience, Lord is instrumental in developing, managing and deploying technical solutions for clients across the public, private and non-profit sectors. She has successfully directed multi-million-dollar engagements, while guiding clients through system design, change management, the reengineering of business processes, and third-party and legacy systems integration. She has been influential in developing talented and exceptional client delivery teams who understand the core value of "clients first."
In her executive capacities, Lord establishes best practices resulting in steady growth and explosive revenue gains. She possesses strong organizational and management skills in client service, managing internal Accenture Federal Services teams and mentoring those who have worked under her direction. Among other achievements, she supervised an integrated project team of more than 40 in successful deployment of the Salesforce Service Cloud solution, including IVR, Knowledge, Chat, CTI agent console and communities. Prior to joining Accenture, Lord served as vice-president of Phase One Consulting Group.
When not providing superior client service, Lord is a board member of the Caribbean-American Chamber of Commerce / Greater Washington Area Network. Additionally, she is a recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Service Award, a recognition of her commitment to good work and charitable giving. The mother of two holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Howard University.
