I am the Global Lead for Accenture Border Services Industry and a Managing Director in Accenture Public Services. Border Services includes customs, border and identity management, immigration, and ports transformation - a one-stop shop for Border agencies. In this role, I develop, support and help broadcast Accenture's thought leadership in the customs, border and identity management, immigration, and ports transformation fields, and I also contribute to business development and growth. I specialise in developing the vision and strategy of how technology can be applied to design, build, and transform the border; building digital capabilities of border agencies; and how to manage and deliver the right outcomes for projects, programs, and for client stakeholders including the C-suite.
My team is on a mission to develop high performing Border services organizations around the world. I’ve worked with both developing and leading agencies around the globe in Asia, Europe, and North America. I have developed strategies, modernisation blueprints, and helped a variety of agencies improve their technology capabilities, security, and effectiveness. I have been actively participating in global conferences and have authored numerous publications with Accenture and WCO on the topics of technology trends, customs and border management.
Travel and trade are the lifeblood of the world, and being a travel addict and avid explorer of new cultures and countries – there is a natural synergy. I completed my BA, BAI and MSc in Trinity College, Dublin, prior to joining Accenture.
