Dennis Alby is a Managing Director and the Accenture Salesforce Public Sector Lead. His strengths lie in leveraging innovation, collaboration skills and industry vision to develop strategies for achieving breakthrough solutions to business problems for a broad spectrum of private and public sector clients ranging from large to small and old to new.
Prior to his role at Accenture, Dennis held leadership roles for a variety of organizations including Cloud Sherpas, Unisys, Intel and HP. He has a proven track record in delivering value to clients and providing education to internal teams on unique client requirements that improve solution success. Particular innovative service delivery successes include building and deploying a repeatable Salesforce implementation program that could be implemented ("cookie-cutter") across a portfolio of Private Equity firm owned companies; implementing multiple public cloud based solutions to US government entities prior to 2014; developing a statewide IT strategy for the State of California; the first wi-fi broadband system on a passenger train in the Silicon Valley; and implementation of Medicaid eligibility systems in California along dozens of other mission critical Salesforce implementations.
Present areas of interest and expertise include Citizen Engagement through Technology, Health and Human Services, and Justice and Public Safety, with particular skills in business transformation and strategic expertise in cloud applications.
