Massimo Proverbio is the senior managing director and global lead of Accenture Payments. With more than 26 years of experience in the industry, Owen has large-scale program management expertise, as well as functional expertise of front-office, operations and enterprise functions in complex global delivery models.
Jeremy Light is the managing director of Accenture Payments in Europe, Africa and Latin America. He specializes in strategy, operating models and architectures that are focused on cards, payments and back-office operations. He is responsible for deploying and sharing Accenture's strategy, systems integration and outsourcing propositions to clients across the region, including cards issuing and acquiring; domestic, international, retail and corporate payments; and front-, middle- and back-office payment functions.
David Treat is a managing director and the global head of Accenture’s Capital Markets Blockchain practice. He has over 18 years of experience in financial services with expertise in strategy, innovation, strategic cost management, large-scale restructuring, customer relationship management, M&A and process excellence. He is currently focused on innovation in financial services specializing in distributed ledger/blockchain, robotic process automation and cognitive computing. David also serves as a Client Account Lead for multiple financial services firms.
As a managing director in Accenture’s Capital Markets Practice, Diane Nolan leads Accenture Management Consulting Capital Markets globally. She has 20 years of experience in the capital markets industry and has covered a broad set of client types (investment banks, asset/investment managers, exchanges, clearing houses, custodians & depositories) as well as a wide variety of engagement types (operating model, digital transformation, fintech, business transformation, strategic product and service assessments, solution implementation) across all financial asset classes. Diane is responsible for Accenture Trading in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands (Gallia) and is a Client Account Lead for multiple financial services accounts.

Robert leads Accenture’s Commercial Banking practice in North America and specializes in Treasury, Payments, and Client Channels. Finn Erik Kolnes is a senior manager leading financial inclusion strategies for Accenture Development Partnerships. He has an extensive background in strategy consulting working with clients to design and implement complex business strategies and operating model transformations. He has had a leading role in several studies and assessments related to how financial institutions can strengthen their business and operating models to support financial inclusion. Mr. Kolnes is a co-author of “Within Reach: How banks in emerging economies can grow profitably by being more inclusive” developed in partnership with CARE International.
