Tom Carey heads Broadridge’s International Securities Processing Solutions business and is responsible for its range of market leading process automation and transaction processing solutions. He has led Broadridge’s growth strategy in Europe and Asia since taking his current position in 2009. Tom has 20 years of service with Broadridge holding management, strategy, operations and technology leadership positions.
Tim Gokey is chief operating officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions. His responsibilities include Broadridge’s Securities Processing Solutions segment, the sales and marketing groups, and overall growth initiatives including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth-related activities. Prior to joining Broadridge in 2010, Tim was president of the Retail Tax business at H&R Block from 2004. Previously, he spent 13 years at McKinsey and Company, most recently as a partner of the firm, where he served over two dozen Fortune 500 and 1000 companies primarily in the financial services industry.
Dean is a managing director at Accenture and a member of Accenture’s Global Financial Services Leadership Council. He is also the global co-lead of Accenture Post-Trade Processing, with particular focus on all aspects of strategy and business architecture, sales, marketing, business development and establishing and maintaining critical partnerships. He joined Accenture in 1997 and has carried out many leadership roles, most recently the global relationship and account lead for a major bank and lead for Capital Markets in Europe, Africa and Latin America. Dean has worked for a wide range of financial services clients across the banking, investment banking, wealth and asset management and market infrastructure industry segments.
Thierry Weidenmann is the global co-lead of Accenture Post-Trade Processing. Before joining Accenture, Thierry had over 15 years of experience within Capital Markets in Société Générale`s Corporate and Investment Banking support functions and front-office. During his seven years as Regional Head of Operations and COO of Société Générale Greater China, he led the transformation of the banks operations in Asia Pacific, including technology alignment and on/off-shore organizational deployment. He returned to Europe in 2010 as Global Head of Securities and Client Service Operations initiating the transformation of the Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking securities processing chain.
