HfS Research names Accenture as a leader in the “As-a-Service Winner’s Circle” for Multi-Process HR BPO

Accenture is prominently positioned in the inaugural HfS Blueprint Report: HR Operations in the As-a-Service Economy



In May 2016, HfS Research published its inaugural HfS Blueprint Report: HR Operations in the As-a-Service Economy, naming Accenture to the “Winner’s Circle” and ranking Accenture as the Leader—ahead of all competitors—in execution, and as a Leader in innovation. According to HfS, Accenture is leading this offering by being a “forward thinking and innovative service provider with a global reach”.

In the report, HfS states that “operating in the As-a-Service Economy means architecting use of increasingly mature operating models, enabling technologies and talent to drive targeted business outcomes.” In alignment with that, the report notes that “Accenture has a distinct mix of service delivery expertise and technological innovation” and that “Accenture proactively uses automation within MPHRO processes addressing compliance, email and workflow.”

When addressing the benefits of an industry shift away from “elaborate bespoke platforms and services” to a “plug and play option that includes platform with business process services”, HfS recognized that “Accenture’s integrated HR service and technology delivery is delivered on a plug and play basis and is aimed at addressing the business outcomes of clients.”
