Recent Fjord/Accenture research exploring the relationship between people and money, and the new role of the bank in digital times, led to the discovery of four “money mindsets.” These mindsets greatly impact how future financial services should be designed, built and marketed—to enhance customers’ lives and help banks achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
