ABOUT THIS REPORT

We report annually on our corporate citizenship goals, progress and performance across our global operations.

This report details our impact during fiscal 2015 (ended August 31, 2015) unless otherwise noted.

We use the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 Guidelines as a foundation for our reporting approach and our 2015 Corporate Citizenship Report is prepared in accordance with the Core option.

This represents our seventh Communication on Progress to the United Nations Global Compact and documents our progress as Global Compact LEAD members.
