Don oversees Products Management Consulting at Accenture, including spearheading the overall business and go-to-market strategy of the practice, ensuring the development of required skills and capabilities, and creating offers to meet client needs. In addition, he is Accenture’s Function Managing Director for Supply Chain and Operations. In this role, Don coordinates all supply chain and operations activity across the organization. This includes setting the strategy and integrating service offerings across Accenture’s businesses.

He is a well-known authority in helping clients achieve organization transformation and technology solutions across the enterprise, and increasing their agility to compete. Don has worked across numerous industries, including manufacturing, high tech, consumer products, chemicals, media, financial services and telecom.
Previously, Don was the global managing director of the Finance and Enterprise Performance practice within Accenture Management Consulting. Prior to joining Accenture, he was the general manager of Global Finance and Administration and Supply Chain business process outsourcing at IBM. In addition to driving the organization’s sales, solutions, delivery and profitability, Don also led the development and deployment of IBM’s outsourcing offerings. Before joining IBM, Don was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwCC), which was acquired by IBM in 2002. At PwCC, he led the Financial Management Solutions Consulting practice.
Don attended the Zicklin School of Business at the City University of New York-Baruch College and is based in New Jersey.
