This is a place where you can be anything, do anything. Accenture, more than any company I've worked for before, celebrates women at all levels. So, if that's what you're looking for – join us!

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
"Take off the Cape. You can't save everyone all of the time." And I realized that when I took off the cape, I could really be a bad ass. And that means way more to me.

When and why did you join Accenture Digital?
I was drawn to Accenture because of the strong diversity and inclusion culture, the plethora of great clients, and the exciting promise and growth of Digital.

Describe your role at Accenture Digital.
I manage digital marketing strategies and client delivery processes, defining best practices, and executing operational excellence within the Digital Production and Content Services division.

How do you integrate your work life and personal life?
As a single mother of one, working at Accenture has been a perfect fit for me. I was skeptical at first, as my role was listed as an 80% travel role. What I will say is that for me it is the best of both worlds. I have come to enjoy my time away from home and the ability I have to truly focus on executing the job at hand. I love my job and it makes me happy.

When and why did you join Accenture Digital?
I have been working in digital for 5 years now. I have chosen to work in Digital as this is a constant moving sector. I joined Accenture Digital one year ago as it was the opportunity to work on big innovative Digital projects within an international company.

Describe your role at Accenture Digital.
I am part of the Mobility Delivery French team. My role is to ensure that projects are properly delivered to our client with high quality. As a digital expert it is also my role to advise my client about their Digital Strategy.

What’s unique about Accenture’s culture that enables you to create, innovate, research or lead effectively?
I would say the team and people around me. At first, I had some apprehension to join a big company and be lost in the “crowd”... it is all to the contrary! At Accenture, through different events, we have the opportunity to interact with different people, learn from others, create, and innovate within small circles.

Consultant, Accenture Interactive

Describe your role at Accenture Digital.
I work as a Consultant with a focus on Service and UX design. This can range from gathering user insights and mapping out customer journeys to visualizing concepts and implementation of the creative design. I’m doing this cross-industry for mostly eCommerce and app solutions.

What differentiates Accenture Digital?
I believe Accenture Digital is one of the few players with an end-to-end digital proposition across industries at a global scale, mastering both strategy and implementation.

Why is it important that women go into STEM fields? Why did you?
While studying at my University of Technology the male-female ratio was rather skewed; I’ve always been conscious of this issue. I strongly believe that diverse teams achieve better results, and that includes gender diversity. My decision to study Industrial Design Engineering came from my interest in combining users, business and technology to design creative solutions.

When and why did you join Accenture Digital?
I joined Accenture Digital straight out of college because not only is it the top Digital consulting firm in the world at the cutting edge of business and technology, but also has such a great culture that inspires employees and allows them to thrive in their own unique ways.

What advice would you give to a woman who's considering a career at Accenture?
Accenture Digital is the place to be! I am inspired by our numerous female leaders at the organization, and the encouraging environment here that helps me push myself to learn new things every day.

Why is it important that women go into STEM fields? Why did you?
Women bring a unique perspective to the table regarding problems that many companies are trying to solve. There is a lot of value we can add based on our education and experience, so it's up to us to lean in and step up to these challenges. We are underrepresented in STEM fields – we must change this together!

Creating a culture of learning, sharing, and giving back to the community, where we live and work.
