Brid has extensive experience in digital design and user experience. This includes working for five years on one of the largest Core Banking Programs ever undertaken – CBA’s Core Banking Transformation programme. This program provided great experience in all things required to be successful in change - collaboration, communications, leadership, structure and successful milestones along the way. The program overall achieved unprecedented success and has set the client up as an industry leader ever since.

Brid also previously worked with Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) to deliver a new national electronic conveyancing platform which provides an electronic business environment for completing property transactions including electronic lodgment with Land Registries and the settlement of funds. This was a new national initiative developing a world first solution to property exchange.

Why are you passionate about the WPIT Programme?

What an opportunity! I am very excited about working with DHS to transform its interactions with citizens to a world first experience for a government agency. I think of citizens as my family and friends because that is what they are –inevitably myself, my family, my friends will benefit from this transformation.
