Accenture helped an insurance business overhaul its CRM, implementing cloud-based Salesforce.com as a stable, mobile-enabled system providing live data.
Accenture worked with the insurer to:
Map out a strategy for improving salesforce effectiveness across the organization.
Implement the Salesforce.com platform for customer relationship management (CRM).
Complete an IT assessment to understand and document the current and future state of the firm's IT infrastructure.
In addition, Accenture helped identify the most pertinent, high-value need: replacing the existing CRM platform to enable more independence for its users. During the process, Accenture also assisted with the insurance enterprise’s data migration to the cloud, process design, change management and mobility integration.
