In fact, 46 percent of respondents would likely download and use a human services app. What’s more, 64 percent are interested in apps linked to specific human services functions. Mobile apps are here to stay. Yet the key to app success goes well beyond the technology. It is about developing strategies to actively drive citizen adoption so everyone gets the most benefits possible.
