As the human resources lead for Accenture’s Australia and New Zealand business, I’m responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences for all our people in the region. Our people programmes reimagine what it means to be a leader and manage talent in the digital age. We’re here to help attract, grow, enthuse and reward the very best people who’ll deliver exceptional services to our clients.
I’m particularly interested in helping my clients and co-workers achieve improved performance through realising the full potential of their business objectives, as well as their professional and personal goals. My specialisms are in talent and organisational performance, creating healthy organisations, business readiness and change management. I hold a BA in organisational psychology from Michigan State University, and an MA in international affairs from Ohio University.
Before taking up my current role, I was a managing director for Accenture in Detroit—the city in which I grew up— where we helped organisations in the life sciences, consumer goods, automotive and industrial equipment industries evolve and change. My focus was on clients’ operating models, organisational effectiveness, and ERP-related transformation programmes.
An avid runner, scuba-diver and downhill skier, I like nothing more than getting outdoors in my spare time. I’ve followed both football and baseball in the United States for many years. I’ll stay a big fan of the Detroit Lions and the Detroit Tigers wherever I am—that kind of commitment is for life. But now I’m in Australia, I’m looking forward to expanding my sporting interests into rugby, the AFL and, of course, cricket.
