Pascal Gautheron is managing director for banking across Asia-Pacific for Accenture Strategy. His role focuses on transforming clients’ banking franchises, and leading clients through strategy definition, to execution of large scale change programs.
Mr. Gautheron has more than 16 years of strategic experience in large technology enabled transformations in banks across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. Mr. Gautheron’s work and research has focused on transformation engagements in core banking, front office channels, credit and lending, product and pricing, payments, and technology transformation for banking and wealth management businesses.
Mr. Gautheron has published research on wealth management, banking growth, core banking, and digital channels.
Previously, Mr. Gautheron worked on the development of Accenture’s investments in banking and new businesses, as well as leading Accenture’s banking practice across Australia and Asia-Pacific, including leading Accenture’s relationship with one of Australia’s large pan-Asian banks.
Mr. Gautheron has an MBA from ISA of the Groupe HEC in France and bachelors in engineering physics and operations management from Miami University in USA. He is based in Sydney, Australia.
