Advanced Customer Strategy Lead, Australia and New Zealand
Marc Bender is a senior manager within Accenture Strategy and leads the Advanced Customer Strategy group in Australia and New Zealand. Accenture Strategy works side by side with client leadership teams to solve their organisations' most pressing challenges and harness their most promising opportunities at the intersection of business, technology and operations.
In his role, Marc works with clients on their strategic customer agenda, to drive sustainable and profitable growth in dynamic channels and ecosystems through differentiated front-office capabilities enabled by technology. With more than 15 years' experience in a broad range of industries and countries in Europe, Asia and Australia, Marc led international and complex business transformations from strategy development through to implementation, with specialisation in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
Over the years, he has worked across a number of industries including telecommunications, high tech, utilities, chemical and consumer products, and government. Focussing on every aspect of the customer experience, he helps clients to improve total customer return and monetize customer experience, as well as defining strategies to find new paths to grow. With his deep experience in specific areas such as Voice of the Customer, incentive compensation management and loyalty strategy, he acts as subject matter advisor on a global level.
Marc holds a degree in engineering and business with focus on marketing. Also, Marc has a degree in industrial engineering with focus on business management. He is based in Sydney.
