I lead Accenture Strategy for Australia and New Zealand. It’s a wide-ranging and endlessly fascinating brief, where we design, develop and deliver transformations for some of the world’s largest and most interesting organisations.
We advise clients from all industries on redefining their business strategies. That includes helping them manage their costs, as well as ensuring they meet their customers’ ever-increasing expectations and create workforces fit for the digital age. And it’s rewarding work. Not least because helping our clients to adapt and thrive means that we operate at the forefront of innovation and digital technology.
After gaining an MBA from the University of Verona, I started my career with Accenture, spending five years in the Andersen Consulting strategy group before moving to McKinsey, where I was a senior partner for more than 20 years. My work has taken me all over the world, to numerous countries across Asia, Latin America and Europe, where I advised clients on operations strategy, technology strategy, growth, innovation and digital transformation. I’m now based in Sydney and believe that the next frontier in strategy is based on data driven insights.
