As an experienced senior political adviser and administrator in both state and federal government in Australia, he brings two decades of in-depth understanding of critical national security challenges.

His range of experience also encompasses:

  • Public policy, infrastructure and the resources industry

  • He has held global strategy roles and served as a CIO for a major multinational company

As client account lead for the Intelligence and Security portfolio, Joshua’s led complex and critical projects in the national security portfolio, including those designed to counter violent extremism.

Prior to joining Accenture, Joshua has also worked for clients in the security, infrastructure, banking and resources sectors.

Joshua is a director of "Strategic Forum," a not-for-profit think-tank that aims to advance strategic thinking on Australia’s national security challenges.

He holds patents in Choice Modelling and Experimental Design and is chairman of "Predikkta," an analytics business that unlocks complex consumer choices.
