Frank Chila

Director of Legal Services, Australia and New Zealand

As Director of Legal Services for Australia and New Zealand, I serve as part of and represent the Legal function on Accenture’s Australia and New Zealand leadership team. As Director of Legal Services for Accenture in Australia and New Zealand, I am responsible for leading a team of contracting lawyers in support of Accenture's Australian and New Zealand business. Our role includes providing legal support to the company, as well as negotiating and reviewing the most complex transactions that the business undertakes.

I pride myself on a commercially pragmatic style of legal practice. That’s been a key part of my work as an in-house counsel and in private practice, advising on and managing a broad range of legal and commercial matters faced by organisations across numerous industries.

Before joining Accenture in 2007, I was Corporate Counsel to the CSIRO – Australia's national research and innovation agency, and also worked with the Australian law firm Dibbs Abbott Stillman, providing legal services to clients across a wide spectrum of IT and general commercial transactions.

Outside of Accenture, I have the privilege of serving on the Board of the Karma Currency Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation that supports over 1,000 of Australia's most respected charities with a mission to connect those who can give with those in need.
