Christian Nibourel – Managing Director of Accenture France Benelux
Christian Nibourel has been managing director of Accenture France Benelux since 2007.
Member of the Executive Committee of MEDEF and President of the French Association of Service Professions (GPS), he has been appointed by the French Minister for the Economy, as Vice-Chairman of the National Services Commission (CNS), in June 2013, and as leader of the Digital Health plan, which is part of the Government strategy for the “Nouvelle France Industrielle” in October 2013.
During France’s 2013 Entrepreneur Summit, Christian Nibourel was designated by the Minister Delegate for Innovation and Digital Economy, as leader of the working group "Inventing the Enterprise of the Future.”
In addition, Mr. Nibourel is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the INSA engineering school in Lyon, President of the Digital Services Providers’ group within the French Association for Digital Business (Syntec Numérique) and Vice-President of ‘Passeport Avenir,' a public-private partnership supporting young talents coming from low-income environments to graduate from an elite university and find a job.
As a member of Jacques Attali’s international think tank on the Positive Economy, he helped to prepare a report on this issue for the French President.
Mr. Nibourel is the author of the book “Ecoutons le monde de demain” (Paris – Express, 2014) and co-author of the book "Empreintes sociales. En finir avec le court terme" (Paris - Odile Jacob, 2011), which was written with ‘Le Collectif,' a group of business leaders he formed to rethink corporate management practices by focusing on the long term and social responsibility.
Christian Nibourel graduated from the INSA Lyon engineering school and the EM Lyon business school.
