Adie Dawes-Birch joined Accenture as the director of Accenture Integrated Marketing and Communications for Australia and New Zealand in May 2015. As director, she leads our team of marketing and communications professionals across both countries—and is responsible for all aspects of our brand and marketing, as well as internal and external communications.
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and executive leadership, Dawes-Birch has held a number of significant leadership roles with international responsibility across marketing and communications portfolios.
In addition, she founded and ran a successful strategic advisory firm specializing in marketing, communications, and issues management.
Prior to joining Accenture, Dawes-Birch was CEO of the internationally renowned Global Foundation, working with leadership from business, government and civil society in Australia and around the world on significant public policy issues.
Dawes-Birch holds a Bachelor of Business and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a member of the eminent Advisory Council of The Global Foundation and an Ambassador for SecondBite, a non-profit organisation that provides access to fresh, nutritious food for people in need across Australia.
