My go-to interview question would be to understand most challenging or difficult project (or assignment) from the past 1-2 years”. I want to understand the candidate’s explanation on approach in managing the challenge and key outcomes of situation.
What is the strongest piece of advice you can give a potential applicant?
For experienced candidates looking for change in employer, my recommendation would be to possess Critical thinking and analysis skills, Emotional intelligence becomes key in Leadership roles. Active learning and learning strategies are key in today’s changing business trends.
