I look for candidates who engage well, ask questions and look to follow up with me on the progress of a process.
What is your go-to interview question? Why do you ask this?
My go-to question is 'Can you tell what your favourite job/project was and why?' This gives the candidate an opportunity to talk about a time in their career that they enjoyed the most and allows me to uncover their passions and what they truly enjoy in their working life.
What is the strongest pieces of advice you can give a potential applicant?
Be confident in your abilities, experience and achievements. Make sure you tell your career story well.
