At Accenture, we provide local and global clients with end-to-end solutions through our four services: Technology, Interactive, Operations and Strategy & Consulting. Learn about each of our services and find a career path that’s perfect for you.
You’ll join a team of tech-savvy problem solvers who design, develop and test technology solutions that will transform businesses into intelligent enterprises. To prepare you for your role, you can be enrolled in our Technology Academy where you’ll build foundational skills and explore specialisations.
If you thrive on creativity, innovation and teamwork, you’re a good fit for our Interactive group. You’ll help our clients design, build and run experience journeys for their customers and employees to boost brand loyalty and growth.
Are you creative and digital tech-savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset? Explore our Operations roles and help us keep business processes running on behalf of our clients. But you don’t just implement processes—you’ll innovate and create more value through a combination of talent, data, AI and other digital technologies.
You’ll be part of a team that works with C-suite clients to help them uncover more value and transform their businesses into agile enterprises. To kick-start your career, you’ll join our Consulting Analyst Program (CAP) where you’ll learn to embrace your strengths and build foundational skills that will help you find your specialisation.
We look for your work history (don’t worry if you don’t have any), academic results and team experience. But also a bit about you: why you’re keen on joining us, and what you’re into. You’ll also be asked to upload a copy of your resume at this point. (Hint: we’ve included some tips and advice from recruiters below).
Oh, and you need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident to apply.
Once we’ve received your application we’ll review your CV for eligibility and suitability for our graduate roles, then we’ll be in touch for next steps.
If something about you catches our Graduate Recruiting Team’s eye, they’ll reach out for a chat – and let you know if we’re planning on any further discussions or skill-testing.
Successful candidates will be invited to an interactive virtual assessment day which includes team activity followed by a one on one video interview with an Accenture leader.
Congratulations! Once you’re signed, sealed and ready to rumble, we’ll reach out and let you know where, when and how you’ll start (after the celebrations that is).
