Rol:
El rol se enfoca principalmente en JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Circulus Accounts Payable y Concur Travel & Expense, con especial atención a integraciones asociadas a procesos de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A).
Responsabilidades:
Brindar soporte funcional a: (Contabilidad General, Cuentas por Pagar,
Activos Fijos).
Gestionar y resolver incidentes, solicitudes y órdenes de trabajo relacionadas con: (Circulus Accounts Payable aplicación en la nube, Concur Travel & Expense).
Analizar, diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de nivel intermedio y avanzado, asegurando tiempos de respuesta adecuados.
Documentar procedimientos, soluciones y mejores prácticas de soporte.
Apoyar pruebas funcionales (UAT) y validaciones posteriores a cambios o despliegues.
Participar en el análisis de causa raíz (RCA) y en iniciativas de mejora continua.
Brindar soporte y acompañamiento a usuarios finales, manteniendo una comunicación clara y orientada a la solución.
Requerimientos del rol:
Experiencia mínima de 5 años brindando soporte a usuarios finales en JD Edwards o aplicaciones financieras similares.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Nivel de inglés B1 o superior.
Manejo sólido de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
Conocimiento práctico del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software (SDLC).
Fuertes habilidades de análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de problemas.
Conocimiento sólido de procesos financieros y contables.
