Job Summary: The Identity Fabric program will define requirements and design for multiple workstreams & merging many identity platforms into a single inventory. The Identity Fabric D2D lead will work across all workstreams in the program providing subject matter expertise in areas relating to identity platforms. The resource should possess experience and skillsets with identity platforms including Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc. A working understanding of configuration management, Security Compliance, and Identity and Access Management is also helpful. Experience working with the Sonrai platform would be helpful as well. Additionally, the role requires an ability to work independently with leadership from various projects.

Proven ability to define requirements and design solutions for multiple workstreams.
Capability to work across various workstreams within a program, ensuring alignment and integration.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership from various projects.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide subject matter expertise and guidance.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze complex identity and security challenges and provide effective solutions.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple workstreams.
Ensure that team decisions are achieved effectively by sharing the bigger picture to create a collective sense of purpose
Actively identifies or pursues innovative opportunities/approaches to create and deliver client (internal and external) value
Experience and Background:
Demonstrated experience in managing security projects.
Familiarity with identity fabric programs or similar initiatives.
A background in cybersecurity or identity management is highly desirable.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), AWS Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM)
Understanding of configuration management tools and processes.
Proficiency in Security Compliance standards and practices.
Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and frameworks
Additional Information:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience is required
Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE (Accurate educational details should capture)
