Agency Senior Seller

Due to continued expansion and growth, Accenture is currently recruiting for Senior Sellers to drive the roll out of digital marketing advertising solutions to ANZ’s most strategic Agencies. We are partnering with one the largest social media brands to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and much more. This person will be a trusted advisor, product consultant and subject matter expert regarding solutions.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage a high value set of strategically important agencies driving significant revenue.  

  • Create and build Media Plans, RFPs, QBRs and detail the benefit of using the platform to the agency to drive revenue from new clients. 

  • Develop new Agency Business in your specific market by prospecting, pitching and establishing business relationships to drive success for your Agencies on the platform. 

  • Gain an understanding of our Agency partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed. 

  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships 

  • Upsell/cross-sell/activate existing and new accounts. 

  • Effectively communicate new features and enhancements from our Product team to your book of business through an array of meetings and education sessions. 

  • Track, analyse, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners. 

  • Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts including entering campaign goals (KPIs) associated with CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, etc. 

  • Support new joiners into the team and support in training and providing best-in-class examples of salesmanship to junior sellers. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform (X, Meta, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) from either within an agency or from managing agency clients 

  • Ability to consistently deliver to revenue targets, manage your book of business and work creatively to identify new opportunities for clients. 

  • Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience interfacing with senior clients, ideally in an Agency context. 

  • Very strong analytical and reporting skills; Experience using data driven solutioning to drive positive business outcomes. 

  • Team player / collaborative operating style with the desire and ability to learn on the fly and do what needs to be done. 

  • An innovative mind always willing and able to contribute creative solutions to problems as they arise. 

  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology, particularly online technology. 

  • The ability to think and react quickly. 

  • Deadline oriented. 

  • Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools.
