About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Products Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data migration, end-to-end solutions, and team leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, profiling, business interface, and the ability to manage complex data migration projects for large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Migration:
Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience in data analysis, profiling, and business interface.
Define business rules based on available data sets and perform target data mapping and transformations.
Design target data models and architect load routines/code.
Demonstrate understanding of data reconciliation design.
Leverage experience with big Telco giants to lead complex data migration projects.
End-to-End Solutions:
Oversee end-to-end solutions in the realm of Data and AI.
Manage large enterprise data sets and ensure a holistic view of the complete application/solution.
Integrate various technology components and DevOps practices to ensure successful project delivery.
Apply skills demonstrated in previous projects, including work with Walgreens Pharmacy.
Team Leadership:
Foster a culture of mutual respect and teamwork to achieve desired results.
Identify key skills within the team and align team members to complement each other’s strengths.
Lead and mentor the team to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
Qualifications:
7+ years experience in the Telecommunications industry with a focus on Data migrations.
5+ years experience with end-to-end solutions.
Background in Development.
Knowledge in GenAI for Data pilots.
Strong stakeholder management background.
Strong communication skills.
Extensive experience in team management/leadership.
Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, and profiling.
Strong understanding of business interface and data reconciliation design.
Ability to design target data models and architect load routines/code.
Experience with large enterprises and complex data sets.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end solutions in Data and AI.
Excellent team leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in relevant data migration tools and technologies.
