We are looking for a DevSecOps Specialist with expertise in securing and automating AI/ML pipelines. In this role, you will ensure that our AI/ML systems are deployed securely and reliably, integrating robust security measures into CI/CD workflows. You will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and IT teams to enable seamless, secure, and scalable AI/ML operations. We would expect 4-7 years professional experience in this role.
Project Description:
Lead the development of secure and efficient CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows.
Implement and enforce security controls throughout the AI/ML lifecycle, from development to deployment.
Proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in AI/ML models, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
Design and deploy tools for monitoring, logging, and security of AI/ML environments.
Collaborate with teams to align DevSecOps practices with compliance standards and organizational goals.
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in DevSecOps and AI/ML security.
Key Skills:
Proven expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, with hands-on experience in platforms like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
Advanced knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with MLOps frameworks (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and securing AI/ML pipelines.
In-depth understanding of AI-specific security risks (e.g., adversarial attacks, data poisoning, model integrity) and mitigation strategies.
Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and adherence to security compliance standards.
