Using UKG and Workforce Solutions SaaS solutions, we help clients unlock trapped value across their organisation and drive transformation in the workforce management experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the UKG Business Group Lead, your role will be to manage the UKG practice within ANZ, own accountability for UKG quality and delivery across all industries, and overall responsible for setting the strategic direction and drive the growth of our UKG business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Align technology with business strategy and goals, work directly with the client groups to identify opportunities and drive them to closure.
- Be an expert internally and externally for your deep functional/industry expertise, domain knowledge, or offering expertise, enhancing Accenture's marketplace reputation.
- Serve as a thought leader related to digital Workforce Management transformation
- Own business group metrics and deliver to agreed sales, revenue, people development and recruitment metrics.
- Supports the achievement of profitability and cost targets; delivering efficiencies through effective use of latest innovation capabilities, etc.
- Establishes and maintains trusted advisor relationships with clients and ability to influence decision makers
- Shares knowledge with others through project teams or People Lead roles
- Develop our own people through meaningful People Lead relationships – mentoring and providing guidance
- Develop strong network across the practice and broader Accenture local and global communities.
- Influence decision makers (C-Suite -internal and external) and strengthen and broaden the scope of existing client relationships to create sales opportunities
Your skills and Qualifications:
- Current and extensive knowledge of the UKG Market
- Experience in both sales and delivery of UKG SaaS products.
- Proven experience with managing people and business metrics
- Bring a growth mentality with experience expanding market share
- Ability and willingness to travel on occasion for delivery or sales pursuits
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
