ROLE OVERVIEW
This role would suit an eager and enthusiastic, commercially minded, quantitative researcher who is looking to make a difference. The role undertaken is diverse – pure consulting, high end-qual, advanced quant, integrated marketing problem solving – linked only by a common objective to achieve tangible, commercial outcomes.
This role would include:
Immersing yourself in the client’s business to establish a credible base of knowledge from which to build
Conducting, delivering and helping to deploy quantitative research that is sharp, smart, inventive, pragmatic and commercial
Helping to developing our offer in the quantitative space to create industry leading techniques
Demonstrating a passion for ongoing and self-directed learning to develop your own skills and mentoring and helping develop the skills of junior colleagues
Assist with the implementation of marketing activities and campaigns through multiple channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with marketing operations stakeholders.
Develop relationships with vendors in terms of marketing, planning and implementation of co-marketing and co-funding programs.
Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement.
Create a wide range of different marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns. Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.

Contribute to proposals, research design and costing
Draft recruitment specs, questionnaires and stimulus etc. (Able to develop more complex quantitative approaches/questionnaires for a range of client issues and can sign off methodology, recruitment specs and questionnaire with clients
Execute allocated part of research – quality, on-time, on-budget
Build strong working relationship with external suppliers
Quality check data
Deliver accurate research analysis
Able to manage more complex projects (eg multi-market studies)
Able to draft pages/ sections of debrief with guidance
Able to utilise frameworks to develop strategic and actionable outcomes across range of methodologies
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to provide input into final written presentation
Able to deliver portion of verbal debrief, with guidance from senior person
Responsible for Information Security of the business

Participate fully in kick-off to understand project purpose and goals purpose
Distil point of view from analysis and share with the team
Clear engaging communication:

Participate productively in team discussions and update on progress

Write small sections of the debrief
Confidently deliver portion of presentation
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Industry experience:
Market Research Consultancy and/or Customer Experience
Required education:
Tertiary educated in related discipline
Additional experience:
Intermediate to advanced MS Office and sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation and external clients
Exceptional attention detail, organizational and time management skills
Ability to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment
Present and always conducts self professionally
Flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours
Salary Range: $81,600 – 105,000
