As a Utilities Energy Transition Consultant, you will:
Work alongside our clients, understanding their problems and bringing your energy transition to guide them through to success
Use your structured and innovative problem-solving skills to find the right solution for our clients
Have a deep understanding capability to deliver data driven consulting
Recommend and use the best in innovative technologies to answer our Clients questions
Draw insights through your well-developed quantitative skills e.g. financial research, market data research, etc.
Project manage and use your experience with delivery methods such as Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking to drive success
Leverage your relationship and stakeholder management skills to accomplish team objectives
Communicate with excellence (written, conversational and presentation delivery)
Develop physical products like consumer electronics, medical devices, and other IoT products.
Work spans architecture, schematics, layout, prototyping, testing, and high-volume production.
Develop both digital systems and analog systems.
Work with clients and vendors to define requirements and develop creative solutions.
Use equipment like oscilloscopes, network tester, and spectrum tester.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
• Relevant industry experience in utilities (particularly generation, transmission & distribution, electric vehicles or retail energy)
• Broad knowledge of global power and/or energy markets in context of current low carbon energy transition, including drivers and difficulties.
• Technical expertise and understanding of low-carbon asset development and asset operations, including best practice processes/activities/ways of working content
• Experience of working with technical & engineering stakeholders to drive operational excellence within the low carbon power sector, including process optimisation
• Experience of designing new business models or transforming existing ones, including organisational development, capability mapping and operating model change
• Expert knowledge in specific element of the energy system (e.g. gas to hydrogen, balancing markets/ancillary services, etc)
