Job Description
Fiftyfive5, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Consultant for their CX Team with the ability to utilise technology platforms to help clients have real time oversight into their customers’ experiences and help with various ad-hoc CX projects.
In this capacity, you will:
· Get to work with some of the best consultants and practitioners in the industry – all our senior team and partners work hands on around projects so opportunity to learn fast
· Work with specialists in cultural insights, trends and commercial forecasting, advanced analytics, CX, and UX/digital. As part of Accenture Song you will also have access to further capabilities in brand strategy, creativity and customer experience delivery; bringing even more skills to help solve our client’s community and business issues.
· The range of work is diverse and opportunity to build skills quickly and across a broader range of project types, sectors and business need areas. What’s more as part of Accenture Song you can utilise an enormous platform of facilities (e.g.: workshop and event spaces), project management support services, design and creative capability, data operations, technology & platforms, access to a huge range of secondary data sources and sector expertise and case studies.

You will be working in the CX Team, which will give you the opportunity to work with big clients and get your hands dirty in big, complex data.

The Opportunity
What you’ll do……
· Help nurture existing client relationships by providing insights that drive growth and make an impact for our clients.
· Take on ad-hoc tasks and drawing upon your creativity and technical skills to provide substantial input into proposal development.
· Design appropriate methodology, develop complex quantitative approaches and utilise frameworks to develop strategic and actionable outcomes.
· Utilise your technical skills, and working with big data, to provide clients with commercial outcomes and exceed their expectations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have…
· Be a highly skilled, naturally talented and curious quantitative researcher with around 5+ years of experience.
· High technical skills and a passion for big, complex data and “doing the doing".
· Hands-on attitude and a strong ability to make the complex simple, tell powerful stories to influence and love solving big questions and providing strategic research recommendations.
