Job Description
This role is aimed for seasoned AI Security Architect who will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and implementation of our AI Security Architect stream. The AI Security Architect must have a solid technical proficiency to evaluate various AI technologies to ensure architectural decisions made are robust and scalable. With extensive cyber security and deep AI knowledge, the AI Security Architect will perform detailed AI Security Risk Assessments and implement technical solutions to mitigate identified risks. The AI Security Architect is required to work independently and also in a group setting, to achieve the best outcome for client and Accenture.

Key technical skills expected:
Ability to understand client business requirements in using Generative AI or AI technologies and architect security solutions to meet the client’s objectives and desired outcomes
Proficiency in researching, architecting, implementing, and verifying security measures for AI and ML systems, models, and methodologies across the entire AI and data science lifecycle.
Proficiency in architecting security controls in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP)
Fundamental understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep learning (DL), Generative AI technologies (including foundation models), AI and Data science lifecycle and Machine learning operations (MLOps)
Familiarity with deep learning, machine learning and NLP/NLG frameworks (like Keras, TensorFlow or PyTorch etc.), Hugging Face Transformers and libraries (like scikit-learn, spacy, gensim, CoreNLP etc.)
Basic knowledge of the AI regulatory environment both in Australia and globally.
Ability to conduct risk assessments of AI systems to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and biases. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Ability to conduct systematic research.
Ability to conduct technical risk assessments and mitigation on AI technologies and platforms
Ability to conduct technical risk assessments on underlying Cloud/INfrastructure platforms
Leadership and Mentorship
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in some of the following cyber security disciplines:
Identity and Access Management
Cloud Security (including containerised / micro-services platform)
Network/Infrastructure Security
Application Security & DevSecOps
Security Risk and Compliance frameworks such as PSPF/ISM
Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. SABSA, COBIT, TOGAF)
MLOps architecture and frameworks
Major Cloud service providers' offerings and architectures related to AI/ML services (e.g. AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
Responsible AI framework
NIST AI Risk Management framework
Qualifications
Desirable:
Baseline Security Clearance or the ability to obtain security clearance
Cloud certifications from one of the major public cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
AI/ML related certifications (e.g. Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning)
