Talent Acquisition Lead

As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Accenture’s Technology business, you will be responsible for leading a high performing recruitment team supporting business growth, driving the overall Technology recruiting strategy and working as a partner and advisor to the Technology leadership team. This role will work closely with the ANZ Talent Acquisition Director and alongside an experienced Talent Acquisition leadership team.

Accenture is a complex and dynamic environment, so no day is ever the same, but your primary responsibilities will include:  

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of recruiting professionals both on and offshore

  • Partnering with the Technology business to gain a deep understanding of their priorities to develop and recommend recruitment strategies to drive business growth and ensuring your team leads and their teams are bringing these to life

  • Developing and delivering on the Technology Recruitment strategy in partnership with your Team Leads and contributing to the design and delivery of the overall ANZ Recruitment Strategy

  • Using data to shape strategy, drive results and make informed recruitment decisions

  • Leading significant process and technology optimization programs to enhance performance and efficiency

  • Nurturing and supporting your team ensuring wellbeing and individual role satisfaction is front of mind

  • Design and ensure the delivery of a range of I&D and strategic initiatives across the team

  • Providing operational support to the ANZ Recruitment Director

Your skills and experience:

  • Extensive talent acquisition experience ideally in a technology consulting environment with experience in leading large on and offshore teams delivering exceptional results and delighting customers

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering process and technology improvement initiatives in talent acquisition functions

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work creatively and collaboratively to solve problems

  • Comfort working in fast paced and agile environments coupled with the ability to lead and support teams in a complex and matrixed structure

  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing and understanding data and using data to tell a story

  • Commitment and passion to improving talent acquisition functions and supporting teams to to deliver their best work
