What you will be doing

As a Technology Manager you will advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself

This includes:

  • Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions
  • Provide technology analysis and design services
  • Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements
  • Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex technology solutions for the client 
  • Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent
  • current and future business requirements
  • Create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand
  • Deliver advisory services in support of technology enabled business change, e.g.: package & third party integrator selection, vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture studies and/or program diagnostics and recovery.
  • Grow market share by leveraging relationships, winning work, and being integral to delivery of on-shore consulting engagements
  • Sell on an individual basis or as part of a team


    Qualifications

    .

    To be successful, you will have:

    • Proven experience in technology advisory, design, or consulting
    • Experience working within Public Sector and/or Health is critical
    • A keen understanding of key trends and challenges within Public Sector
    • Proven experience managing cross functional teams
    • Demonstrated experience in interacting and building relationships with senior stakeholders
    • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a client business issue solving environment
    • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    • Relevant consulting experience across some of the following areas:
      • Integration Architecture Implementation
      • Enterprise Architecture
      • Process Modelling
      • Solution Architecting
      • Cloud Strategy and Assessment
