Job Description

The HRBP is committed to developing and delivering the Talent Strategy and HR results aligned to business objectives for the entity they support. They provide a unified HR face and create strategic talent management programs to improve workforce performance. This can include defining requirements and confirming suitability of HR strategy, programs, processes and services, monitoring effectiveness of existing HR programs and services and engaging with HR service delivery on issues and resolution.

They provide advice and counsel to leadership on people and talent; for example. career planning and leadership development which foster a people centric culture. They partner with other HR groups to ensure relevancy of programs and integration across the Geography for initiatives to facilitate implementation planning by providing entity specific insight.

Accountabilities

 

Develop and Execute the Strategy

 

·       Accountable for working with the Talent Strategists to integrate talent and/or Human Capital strategies at the Accenture Level.

·       Drive the implementation of Human Capital and/or Talent Strategy aligned to the objectives for Accenture. This entails driving 3 – 5 key programs with metric driven results that support the talent strategy.

·       Partner with the Accenture Business Lead to align talent priorities with business strategy - actively influence to ensure that Talent Strategy considerations are appropriately reflected.

·       Represent HR and People Matters at leadership meetings and forums, managing the relationship between HR and business decision makers.

·       Ensure continuous focus on strategic HR delivery and minimise operational/transactional work.

 

Drive Performance & Delivery Excellence

 

·       Accountable for ensuring HR priorities are accepted and implemented within Accenture and engage with HR service delivery on issues and confirm adequacy of resolution.

·       Work with practice leads and account teams to drive change efforts to meet the business requirements.

·       Work with learning lead to bring training strategy to life for our employees; provide senior guidance to learning team to create & build training curriculums.

·       Participate in a broad range of HR processes by providing business insights, setting priorities, reviewing solutions, providing planning input, driving action plans communicating to business leadership.

·       Provide Headcount Planning and Execution against the h/count plan (recruitment, mged / unmanaged attrition management / promotions).

·       Lead the performance achievement process across the DTE including working with talent and group leads on compensation decisions.

·       Manage complex ER matters and providing coaching and advice to leaders.

·       Assist in supporting MD ‘people matters’.

·       Work with the business to drive achievement of Gender targets.

Create and Implement Innovative Solutions

 

·       Monitor the people implications of the business and market conditions and facilitate changes as needed to deliver desired business outcomes.

·       Implement HR initiatives as outlined in the Talent Strategy, drive appropriate journey and change management with key stakeholder input as needed Collaborate with other key HR stakeholders within the GU to identify and manage local impacts of HR solutions and to define specific local needs.

·       Proactively consider retention / remuneration reviews.

 

Develop Key Relationships

 

·       Collaborate with COEs & Service Delivery to ensure appropriate talent is identified, recruited, developed, deployed, promoted, & retained to enable the business to deliver on the business strategy.

·       Lead the CF HR team and provide guidance on priorities and team engagement, and work with team members to achieve high performance individually and as a group, provide coaching, training and career guidance, and ensure HR team is aligned with business needs and our CF and ANZ Talent Strategies.
