Job Description

This role is to create a practice across JAPAC, MEA and LatAm for Adobe Content and Commerce to provide varying levels support for Market Units based on maturity. It is to be a community builder that can raise the level of every market to the highest standards.  It is an innovator’s role that looks at new technologies, platforms and experience to push the capabilities of what is possible.  While technical strength is important, imagination and innovation are critical to help our clients deliver delightful experiences.

Build the Growth Markets Adobe Content and Commerce Practice that includes:

  • Content Management build operate and run for multiple environments and experiences.

  • Commerce platform that integrates with multiple technologies and is part of a total omnichannel go to market.

  • Content operations including brands as publishers and synthetic photography. 

  • Forms design, development and scaling as part of broader eco-systems and integration platforms including workflow and e-signatures. Work closely with the Communications and Design capabilities to ensure deals and deliveries are about end experiences and not just the technology.

  • Develop the processes, operating procedures and development programs that will allow the practice to scale including the creation of development studios and resources from multiple parts of Accenture.

  • Help solution and architect all large and complex deals, while being the SME and leading the pitch for the technology solution.

  • Create assets that can be used to position and originate opportunities for the practices’ offerings (to different parts of Accenture and to clients)



Qualifications

Desired Experience:

  • At least 10 years in the digital technology space with an understanding of digital marketing, digital advertising and customer experience.

  • Built, grown and developed teams that have delivered work that has delivered complex projects in content and commerce platforms.

  • Worked on multiple channels and technologies beyond websites and pushed the boundaries to new experiences such as chat, voice, AR/VR.

  • Solution architected and pitched complex, multi-platform solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Played an SME or supporting role for colleagues in both sales and delivery in multiple geographies.

  • Hands on knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (and ideally it’s competitors).

  • Up to date with the latest technologies and channels, including experimenting with the Metaverse.
