Role Responsibilities:
The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to Accenture’s clients, through leading cross-functional technology teams in delivery of enterprise system implementations. Key activities include:

  • Assure project delivery within scope, time, budget, quality and other objectives

  • Plan and govern all project lifecycle and supporting activities

  • Assure project delivery in accordance to organization, quality and best practice expectations

  • Measure and report project performance to stakeholders

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and implement required changes

  • Manage project resources and their performance

  • Becoming trusted advisor and advocate for customers’ executive sponsor(s)

  • Leading, driving, and managing change within large, complex, enterprise organizations

  • Removing adoption roadblocks by performing light system configuration and identifying additional professional services engagements

  • Ensuring high levels of impact and client satisfaction with the services rendered

  • Practical project management experience in at least 2 projects in IT field for 3+ years

  • At least 5 - 10 years hands-on experience in SaaS, change management, project management, strategic account management and executive engagement

  • Solid understanding of project management processes and best practices

  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management best practices

  • Procurement and/or contract management functional knowledge

  • Practical people management experience in teams consisting of at least 3-7 people

  • Strong communication, presentation and reporting skills

  • Experience with enterprise applications.
