Industrie&Co is an Accenture company specialising in building software-powered products and platforms for our clients. We have a strong reputation in the Financial Services and Government sectors and love solving complex problems. We are at a time in our development where we need more Senior, highly skilled, Agile Coaches to help enhance our Practice capabilities. We’re looking for people who can be based in our Sydney working predominantly on FinTech and Digital Transformation projects.

  • Undertake market, competitive and customer analysis to determine the clients distinctive competencies, and opportunities to develop differentiated products and services
  • Participate in discovery and design sprints, working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop high level requirements for Product Owners and delivery teams
  • Set the product vision and strategy, including the roadmap of key phases of deliverables.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritisation. Oversee acceptance criteria, actively participating in UAT/BVT
  • Establish pricing models, and product profitability strategies, working with Finance to set targets and track return on investment
  • Partner with marketing teams to establish positioning statements and promotion plans, ensuring synergy between Brand and Product
  • Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy ensuring an impactful product launch
  • Prepare the business and frontline staff to adopt the change, preserve day-to-day business activities and maintain BAU
  • Shepherd all parties involved in the product development lifecycle to ensure products and services are developed, delivered and supported, effectively and efficiently
  • Establish metrics to track performance and measure success, including product analytics and feedback loops
  • Establish management structures to ensure the client monitors and evaluates product performance post launch, and are position to iterate and improve once in market
