Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for an ambitious and experienced sales manager to join our team as we build out our Australian B2B Growth hub – which delivers sales acceleration programs for some of Australia’s leading brands across technology, telecommunications, media and financial services.

Working closely with both Sales Operations leadership and Client Account teams, you will develop Go to Market strategies, present to client leadership teams on program initiatives, manage and oversee the execution of sales development representatives and provide performance reporting and program optimisation initiatives.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, strategic communicator who builds strong client relationships, can engage with stakeholders at any level and has a passion for B2B sales.  

Your responsibilities

  • Manage B2B sales programs on behalf Accenture clients
  • Manage a team of sales development representatives
  • Drive adoption and implementation of sales programs
  • Deploy and deliver initiatives and tools that continuously improve sales performance
  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of results, reporting, and opportunity data to client
  • Manage sales materials, credentials, and other relevant information to support a variety of sales opportunities and campaigns.
  • Preparation and presentation of program pitches, proposals, and reporting
  • Development and implementation of the company’s sales strategies

Qualifications

Your required skills

  • University degree or tertiary qualification
  • 7-10+ years of B2B sales and/or account management experience
  • Experience within a fast-paced sales environment in telecommunications.
  • A proven track record in sales target achievement or other growth KPI’s
  • Must be experienced in motivating and enabling teams to achieve their goals
  • Exceptional people skills, with experience in customer facing roles
  • Results-driven with the ability to handle a highly accountable role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to operate under pressure and work to tight deadlines
  • Must be able to thrive as a member of a team while also highly self-motivated and willing to take initiative
