The Solution Architect will be part of the Solution Innovation team in ANZ, and will join to further understand client expectations, market & industry dynamics, and architecture solutions. This will leverage the best and the greatest of Accenture offerings & assets and to shape the business outcome led value proposals.

Finance & Accounts SA will join the global network with F&A Capability leads, F&A Offering lead, F&A analytics team, F&A Business Advisors.

- They will need to build a strong network within the Sales & Account team.

- They will execute Accenture strategy by driving innovation and rotating our business to the New.

- They will drive innovation into Financial and Accounting domain shifting the client from traditional F&A to Digital F&A transformation.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to have a seat at the table with the client
  • Ability to shape a C-level value proposal including the latest and the greatest of Accenture, highly differentiative and compelling proposal fitting to client expectations and addressing client challenged
  • Ability to drive true solution differentiation through automation, analytics, liquid, cloud, technology stack, As a Service, etc
  • Ability to define indicative Business Case at early stage of the Sales process with minimal data and guidance
  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and how the competition will position their solution vs Accenture
  • Ability to confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy
  • Think out of the box / Forward Thinking
  • Move out of its comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation
  • Ability to manage complex deal, complex situation
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required
  • Can stand up and be pro-active

Interpret and translate client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Operate as a single point of contact or as part of a team (on large deals with multiple Solution Architects) accountable to the SA SPOC from Stage 1 to deal closure and the transition to the delivery organization.

•Interaction is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Scope (Degree of accountability for assigned tasks, our clients and/or the organization, as measured by size of work effort and scale of entity and/or program): Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
