Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Manager into our Operations Integrated Finance Services (IFS) Practice.

Accenture’s Integrated Finance Services practice works closely with the C-Suite to understand their strategic vision and assess how Global Business Services might align with their business strategy to drive results. We advise our clients from initial strategy development, through the implementation and launch of Global Business Services as well as undertaking the transformation of their existing captive shared services to unlock value and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years’ experience working in GBS/ SSC functions with 3+ years in professional services or consulting in driving improved customer outcomes;
  • Demonstrated experience in a functional domain (F&A, HR, Procurement)
  • Can work with senior client stakeholders to understand customer needs and identify change initiatives that would deliver measurable value
  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings;
  • Must have project experience within GBS, Shared Services, Outsourcing and/or Offshoring industry, or back-office functional optimisation with experience working with vendors and an understanding of the broader BPO landscape;
  • Ability to analyse and apply outsourcing trends as well as problem solving, creative analysis, critical thinking – skills demonstrated while solving for client’s/organization’s growth and business needs
  • Solid experience in project management, client stakeholder management as well we building and communicating business case and journey roadmap

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree, ideally in business or engineering disciplines
